Support for signing in is great. Friendly and courteous staff. Quick and knowledgeable. Medical personnel attentive and friendly. Complete explanation of procedures and sensitive to the problem at hand. While my problem was not corrected, the referral to more advanced help was a refreshing honest evaluation instead of continuing with an ineffective process. Kudos for honesty.

The staff was delightful and efficient. The ladies in front were dealing with a difficult customer and didn’t skip a beat with me. Jason addressed my problem quickly, was courteous, and came back with a prescription that has resolved my problem. I couldn’t be happier there is a facility this great near our new home.

I had an urgent medical issue and was given an immediate appointment and seen quickly. The doc was great and helpful, compassionate and competent. He did a chest X-ray and sent me on to the Shands ER nearby, where I received excellent care.Thank you!

My first time going to care spot was an amazing experience from the moment I made the appointment til the min I left after the appointment. Very friendly,very professional,followed all cdc guidelines for COVID-19 and Awesome staff. I highly recommend the care spot
