Everyone I encountered while I was there was professional & friendly. While I was there there was 2 men that came in with an obnoxious child, around 5 yrs old. This child was running around from person to person, getting right in there face. Neither one of the men that came in with him cared one bit. I was starting to get pissed because the child had a snotty nose. That may have been from nothing more than a cold, but considering covid, this shouldn’t of been allowed. Once there was a room avail in the back your staff put them in a room. I wanted to thank the staff for handling this situation in a very considerate & professional manor.

The staff was kind and friendly. Checking in was an easy process and there was no long wait. The nurse practitioner I saw was professional, courteous and straightforward. It was a relatively quick visit even though it took place later in the evening. I would come here again and will recommend it to friends and family.

Quick and very friendly, I was greeted and taken care by Margaret, I lost my husband to a horrific car accident in which. I was the driver and my six and 10 year old grandkids were with us, unfortunately my husband of 40 years didn’t make it. Nice friendly nurses and staff. I would just say, if a patient comes in at 7:15 PM or 7:30 PM, and no other patients are being seen, that patient shouldn’t be told he or she may not be able to be seen, because that patient is coming in, before the closing time, at 8 PM, and that leaves enough time, for the patient to be seen. It is important to make patients feel, they shouldn’t be turned away, due to timing, especially in a time of need, of care and healing, at a facility called Care Spot, where you come to the spot for care. No mater the time, no patient should be turned away, if he or she walks in before 8 PM, before closing time.
