Always very professional and courteous. Front desk nurse always says they are backed up and it might take a while, which I am always fine waiting regardless of the wait, but the wait is in fact never long at all. The nurse and doctors are all very nice. I especially like the ones that have been their recently. I did a bad experience about a year ago where the doctor had, in her opinion, never seen my tonsils the way that they were and went on to scrape at them trying to figure out what was wrong (turns out there were ulcers on them, but learned this from an ER doctor) but she then literally web MD my symptoms and told me that it could possibly be a rare disease that I can die from and insisted for me to go to the ER right away. I have never had a doctor tell me that, the last thing you want to do is freak out your patients and tell them they are dying. It was upsetting because the infection could have been treated by antibiotics and steroids easily prescribed her but instead I had to be sent to an ER that is extremely costly even with insurance which was a major hassle. But luckily I haven’t seen her since and I have loved the last two doctors that have been there. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Definitely everyone is doing a great job and I appreciate everything each and everyone of them does. Thank you all for your hard work, and you all deserve the best.
