The Drs on duty as well aa tye Staff , including the young man (X-Ray technician) are friendly, kind & very professional Willing to help with Anything that you need. When i walk into Care Spot i feel.like im at home.confident ..peaceful..happy..thankful. i recommend Care Spot to everyone that i know. Ive gone to various clinics. Care soot is the best.. When I walked in the ladies upfront were courteous and friendly, while they figured out how to deal with me because they couldn’t find me in the system. They was very patient and eventually found a way to take care of me. Once in the back, the gentleman was professional and approachable, everyone had a smile while dealing with me. My drug test was done without any issues and as well as the ladies up front went above n beyond to help another patient with his medical needs but also with his digital and transportation needs to get him to airport for his flight, helping him navigate how to use his Uber app and cancel when he found alternative transportation.

The wait time to be seen was minimal. The staff are professional and caring. The provider took the time to discuss my concerns and my prescription was sent quickly to my pharnacy. The visits here are always similar, great service.

Everyone was very polite and helpful. Although there was a slight hold up because the site I went to was a little backed up I still liked my visit with no complaints.
