Friendly, simple and welcoming. Everyone who assisted me was knowledgeable, kind, and made sure I understood everything that I needed for my health care. I came in with pain, some of which was relieved by the feeling that the staff was looking after me. I am sorry I do not remember the names of the Receiving and Assisting Nurses both were very professional and kind and prompt. PCA V. Bonilla did a thorough exam and listened when I answered questions and offered me detailed information about my potential condition; i.e. the medication prescribed, the follow on lab work I should have, and the pending results of my blood draw.
