Very courteous and professional attention

No one in the waiting room when we arrived. No one in the other examining rooms. Still waited 30 minutes from arrival to actually seeing the doctor. Sat in the examine room for 10-15 minutes while we could here them outside the door talking. Unacceptable!!

Miss Renee at the Rockwall(Texas) clinic was the kindest, most awesome, bubbliest, friendliest person I have come across in a while. She was patient and made us laugh despite our nerves. Everyone at the clinic was very patient, kind and had a nice warm smile which was just great. You literally start to feel better even if you are sick. 100/100 plus they were one of the only clinics open during the severe snow storm that has upended our lives. Heroes and heroines work there. They should know that we are truly grateful for them and hope they are all blessed abundantly. Awesome team right there.

We went in to get a sports physical for my daughter… They did a thorough job from the front desk to the back end of the office… We were in and out in no time! Highly recommend!
