The staff is professional and friendly. The wait time isn’t bad for urgent care, especially when I scheduled the appointment (urgent care is great when you can’t get in to see the PCP). The doctor and nurse are thorough including updating medical and prescription records. And they listen to what’s wrong (reason for visit) and come up with a solution.
