Everyone I came in contact with was very professional, courteous and empathetic. The attending nurse was extremely kind and understanding. When drawing blood she had a hard time trying to find a vein and she was concerned about causing me extra pain. She was very attentive always asking how I felt. Dr. Shumaker was also very kind and thorough with my examination. He really listened to my concerns. The admitting attendant was also kind and understanding. They may have been short handed that day but he was very apologetic and helped me as soon as he could.
