I got to check in online and wait from home, once I got there I waited less than 5 minutes, and all of the staff were super nice. Kristin Jones was the FNP that saw me and honestly may be the best experience I’ve had with any healthcare provider ever. She answered all my questions and was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient with me.

Great Customer Service from the moment we walked in. Our first time at this Urgent Care, as we needed a Covid test right away. We were able to get appointments together and the PA was outstanding at taking time to discuss the virus, administer our test, and answer our questions.

The facility was clean and well equipped for the currrent health crisis. Also, the staff and medical team were very professional and courteous even though the clinic was extremely busy. I was there for a work-related injury to my hand and it was late afternoon. Victor , Susanne and the nurse assistant are to be commended.
