The quick waiting time. The staff are very pleasant to work with and professional.

Online scheduling was user friendly. Intake process was easy; reception was professional, polite & friendly. Swab collection was quick & efficient; collector was polite & friendly. Provider took time to answer all questions satisfactorily. My only concern was that I did not see my name or other identifying info on the swab specimen container as is typical with specimens taken at other labs I use. Nor was I asked to confirm such info on the specimen container.
