The friendliness & care of the staff. What I DON’T like is that the x-ray tech bent my badly injured knee all the way back to get a shot of my lacerated knee & fractured patella! The sharp pain added to my excruciating condition! The X-ray tech at my orthopedic dr had me STAND & TURN to get the needed shot! She was shocked that my injured limb was mishandled! The nurse-practitioner was fabulous!

I like that I can schedule an appointment ahead of time, and also register ahead of time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I appreciate having to wait in my car, and that the waiting room is closd right now. And best of a I appreciate the quick return on the results of Covid-19 tests.
