Convenient location, on line or phone appt to avoid waiting, competent & professional staff. What I don’t like is limitations on ability to diagnose issues due to equipment or staffing needs it would require. And going there results in no result and then it’s off to the ER.

Our nurse Skyler was awesome, very personable and great at his job.

Staff was very courteous and ensured the check-in process went smoothly. Nurse/MA was very professional and made me comfortable before my COVID test and answered process with patience and clarity. The PA I saw was amazing! She explained symptoms, ways to ensure my family stays safe until my results were in and most of all compassion. Thank you CareSpot!

Was able to walk in and conveniently get a covid test. Everything was explained in detail . Results were quick and easy.

I got an appointment for the same day, and was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time. My testing was done quickly and with less discomfort than expected.

It is convenient and they can see you the same day. The Staff is very courteous and respectful of you. The only issue I had was they took the x-ray this visit and the nurse “Dot” was excellent, then she took me to a room where I had to wait over 30 min for a PA to come in. The PA was very nice and did her job. The waiting is my only issue…..
