I liked that there were not a lot of people in the waiting room- only enough chairs for social distancing. I didnt like the wait time for an employee drug test. The test itself didn’t take long but the wait to get back there was longer than I think it needed to be. It was clean.

The Medpost employees we met at the Rowlett location were welcoming, patient, understanding, sympathetic, and of course, helpful. In our case, we needed to be referred to a hospital ER, and when we got to the ER, Medpost had supplied enough information that the ER people were ready to welcome us with no problems.
