On time, Reception was govery friendly and efficient, my check in nurcse in the room was good. The Dr was great. My X-ray tech. Katie must have been having a bad day. She was not very friendly or a good communicator. Made me feel that I was doing stuff wrong and that I was supposed to know how and where to put my foot. it might have been an off day, but her bedside manner was a C-, below expectations. Overall I would still give it it a 10.
