The full experience was great. From the ease of making an appointment, check in, exam and check out. The staff was very patient and friendly. The follow up blew me away. The next day Dr Fern took time to call us to provide our test results. She was very informative and patient with our questions. Offered great advise and direction. We were not rushed and she wanted us to have a clear understanding of what to expect to the best of her knowledge. She was amazing and the whole team was fantastic. I wish our individual health providers would provide this type of care and patient service as this group served us over the weekend.

Very professional, and convenient. On line scheduling was nice, and the wait time after arrival was very reasonable.

I went to Baptist on Poplar at Holmes on Friday and was treated very poorly by the staff. They told me to wait in my car, which I did for over an hour and then drove away. Your staff and doctor were great.
