Was taken care of quickly. Nurses are friendly. Physician Assistant took time to answer questions and wrote script for eye infection which was available to pick up in five minutes at pharmacy.

Even though the front desk staff told me it was over an hour wait to be seen, I was in and out in 45 minutes. I almost canceled, but I am glad I didn’t. The NP was amazing. She was friendly and informative.

I liked the doctor & personnel at the office. The office is very clean & spaces have been set up to follow social distancing. However, even though you make an appointment its still a wait which starts filling up the waiting room.

EVERYONE was nice, even upon entering the building, we felt welcomed! That’s always a plus. The check-in process was quick and flawless. My mother’s visit was informative and the PA that assisted her was very nice and explained everything. Definitely would recommend CareSpot!

Very clean. I was treated well by everyone there. The woman that took the x-rays was amazing and very kind. Because of my injury I couldn’t move my arm in the positions required and she worked out ways to facilitate that and get my x-rays done. I am bad at remembering names. The Dr or PA that saw me had another opinion on my x-rays before releasing me, and I appreciate that greatly.
