Minimum wait, in and out!

This was my first visit to the facility. The intake personnel was cordial. The doctor’s assistant was friendly and endearing when taking my vitals. Dr. Heather was friendly and welcoming upon entering the room. We discussed my issue and she explained the treatment. The overall experience was pleasing and I would recommend the facility to others. The facility is a plus for medical services. Thanks!

I came to CareSpot following a traumatic event and all the physicians were very kind and sympathetic to me. The receptionist, however, was very cold and did not take my hint when I was trying to lower my voice while telling her why I came in and spoke very loudly when confirming my issues and it made me pretty uncomfortable.

It is always easy to get an appointment. Check in and check out process is always quick and easy. Staff on all levels are friendly and helpful. I always have a good experience when I need to come to the Atascadero office.

I came in for Covid testing with many symptoms and feeling horrible. I didn’t have an appointment but was still able to be seen. All the staff was most friendly and caring professionals.The doctor was so supportive and knowledgeable. Without the immediate medications and treatment I would have been hospitalize. I appreciated the follow up call too. You are my heroes!
