It was not crowded. I got immediate attention. The intake receptionist was very nice. The Nurse Practitioner was awesome!!!! Great staff and aside from having a fractured bone; it was the best urgent are experience I’ve ever had.

Everyone is usually cordial and proficient. I have used CareSpot services a few times and they are very consistent. I really like using their online scheduling. I find when I make an appointment time the wait is much shorter.
