I was filling out the iPad from staff It mentioned you were going to ask for feedback I accidentally deleted my notes, so here goes from memory: The lady at the from desk Chiquita was her name best I can remember is amazing Very emotionally intelligent Very patient and efficient While I spoke she didn’t interrupt (I’m used to getting interrupted) Some people like interruptions some don’t I perceived immense respect from her She multitasked She repositioned the tissues while doing something else She’s very time efficient It’s a gift to pause and be patient with people while also speaking with brevity or verbosity as the situation warrants She called men “sir” She gave attention when people walked in She gave people time expectations (It will be about an hour wait, etc.) She delivered on her expectation to me Every detail brought to my awareness was good about her Good in the biblical sense. In the Bible “good” is the best. That’s why Jesus said “no one is “good” but One, God.” A man wrapped my hand. The bandage was wrapped near my wrist. It slid down my hand to my wrist later that day. Maybe wrap on both sides of the thumb or something so it doesn’t slide? Not sure. He is awesome. Very friendly and patient. I didn’t have bandage supplies. He gave me some spare A lady was the medical expert. Not sure if she had an MD. She is good. Very gentle when needed as she touched my wound with a cloth At home it hurt when others cleaned it. It didn’t when she did. Someone gave me a tetanus shot. Didn’t feel the needle. Great aim! There was a great sense of urgency to be time efficient throughout but no sense of rushing and making mistakes Appropriate pauses and patience They are urgent, but take time when needed Great staff! Great place!
