Making the appointment online was quick, and got is in and out quickly. I will say there appeared to be a staffing issue with the front desk team. There was only one young lady working the desk and she was doing the best should could. However, with the number of phone calls, questions from patients and folks waiting to check in she was clearly struggling. This by no means directed at her as she did the best should could do with the situation.

The employees you have at this location were so nice and friendly. The lady at the front desk very helpful, and the nurse was so so sweet. I just loved her and wish she was my regular doctors nurse. The doctor was very nice and listened to what I said. I will definitely go back
