Very efficient when it came to COVID testing at Costa Mesa MedPost which the test results came back few days negative, thank God! Nov 4th l came in about some skin disorder on my left hip which practioner, Carrie Crawford, l found out later had misdiagnosed my skin condition, but the 2nd practitioner, Michael Hermansen, who l saw on Nov 9th said it didn’t appear (NOT) to be what practitioner, Carrie Crawford said, right off, what she thought it was. So he highly advised me to a dermatologist who confirmed it was (NOT) what practitioner, Carrie Crawford had diagnosed! Thank God! So l, immediately, went to the nearby CVS to start getting shots. Other than that the medical staff at the front desk and practioner, Michael Hermansen, were the most kind, understanding and supportive. I would feel most comfortable seeing practitioner, Michael Hermansen, if ever l return for any other medical situations.
