Everyone at the Front Desk on January 11, 2021 were very professional and helpful. I only needed a Covid-19 Test to return too work due from being Hospitalized. Apparently, the text that Care Spot sent did not have my name, type of test or the date. I left a message through Chat/or the bubble on the bottom right side. I called on January 14, 2021 at 8:05 AM and nice young man explained that he could give me a printout of the information by coming in person and show my identfication. This only took less than five minutes, I was so impressed of how he helped me.

The medical assistant and the doctor (Stephanie) were VERY thorough and professional. I didn’t feel inconvenienced, like I normally do when I go to the doctor (because all I can think about USUALLY, is How much time I am wasting because I have to wait a LONG time, waiting on the doctor to FINALLY get in to the room with me). I did not feel like the doctor took her time to come in to the room to see me – like I normally do. In other words, I believe the wait time was exceptional – the price was very reasonable – the doctor was professional & very thorough, in addition to being very kind and compassionate. The medical assistant was very kind, professional, thorough & compassionate, as well. She is the person who took my X-Rays & she did my Covid test swabbing.

This location is close to my work. I was a walk in and I didn’t have to wait to long. The doctor was very pleasant and so nice!! I have always had awesome experiences here.

The staff was very kind. The Dr. Sandra was outstanding. The MA Brandi was a delight. i didn’t even feel weird showing her my butt. i believe they all deserve raises. 10 all they way around. i can’t wait to be seen again. Thank you Carespot for serving all my health needs.
