I had excellent service from each of the healthcare personnel that I interacted with. I was highly impressed by the way that the receptionist handled an agitated client. She was patient and remained calm and courteous despite the client being unreasonably upset. I was seen in a timely manner and staff members were attentive to my needs, listened to my concerns, and swiftly had me out of the office. This was the best experience that I’ve ever had at an urgent care.
