My experience was excellent. I was most impressed with the receptionist, and told her so. So poised, calm, efficient, polite and professional. My wait time was very reasonable. My result time (COVID) was reasonable also. I do have one curiosity: I noticed that the person who attended to me was referred to as a Provider. Wondering if that means he/she is an intern or PA, etc. Not that it matters. Just curious. Thanks Roni
