The Doctor I seen was very kind. He had wonderful bedside manners. He found out that I am teacher and EMR. It was nice he rushed to make sure I was back on my feet quickly. I have happy students and a happy station.

Outstanding doctor who is an excellent diagnostician AND communicator who spent time explaining the nature of my condition. He then printed materials to assist with the management of the issue and gave follow up suggestions….WORLD CLASS TREATMENT. The nurse was kind, professional and very competent. Both doctor and nurse made me feel heard, cared for and respected. The receptionist who made me wait over an hour before handing me the tablet for registration was less than poor. She was busy catting with co-workers, answering the phone etc. when the tablet stopped my registration and directed me to hand it to the receptionist immediately, she was not available. Very poor. No one evaluated my visit need for more than an hour and a half!

I’ve used MedPost at East Lake Shopping Center several times and always have received excellent care. The people working there are knowledgeable, friendly, the wait for care is not long and the offices are clean. I’m very satisfied and have recommended this MedPost to others.
