The service was great! I am a RN with several years of ER/Urgent Care experience, and this CareSpot was amazing. I booked the appt online for my daughter, signed in about 5 mins prior and after completion of paperwork, we were taken back immediately. The nurse was very pleasant and precise and the PA was knowledgeable and quick, exactly what you want in this setting. My daughter is already feeling a ton better! We previously completed a Telehealth appt several days prior with no relief for her ear pain. We will not go anywhere else and my husband is active duty military so we have several choices! Thanks everyone, stay safe!
