Dr. Meng was easy to talk to, heard what I was saying, took extra step to look up previous record. Terrific! Front desk person good, efficient. Nurse unprofessional unpleasant. Overall good experience.

The staff front front desk to the physicians are kind and professional. They are attentive and educate the patients as they go. I’m saddened to hear the Peoria location is being shut down. This urgent care facility is the best one in the area. I really wish they wouldn’t close it. 🙁
