I honestly can not believe the service i was given!!! The front desk was super nice and polite. And the nurses in the back were just as nice. I dread going to the doctors office but the service i was given was 10/10. I usually don’t like writing reviews but i was so shocked by CareSpot. Definitely recommend to friends and family

The Medical staff was very friendly. The person who took me back, and the provider very informative. The front desk person checking in not so much. She did her job but definitely not personal she didn’t make you feel welcome never made eye contact the computer screen was more important than the person in front of her. The medical care was very good

My wife and I were walkins. The staff, nurse, and were friendly, courteous, helpful, and gracious. The patient board in the waiting room showed our status in line. As patients came and went you don’t feel overlooked or neglected. Next time we need urgent care we know who to come to.
