My husband and I made an appointment for a Covid test after the New Year. We both were seen within 10 minutes of of scheduled appointment. Even though the office had people piling in with requests to be seen for one thing or another (you could tell the office was booked), the staff was pleasant and accommodating. The attendant showed me into a room where they had calming sounds playing. She was cheerful as She took my vitals and administered the dreaded nasal cavity swab. I asked if the calming sounds were for the patients, staff or both. She laughed and said probably both. The Dr came in and asked why I was there. I told him although my entire family had been extremely careful, my 87 year old father who I had seen Christmas Eve was very sick had tested positive. The Dr was sincerely concerned and asked how he was doing. The Dr wished my dad well and said he hoped for a negative test for me and the rest of my my family. All I could think was “WOW”! I have been to this Care Spot I n several occasions over the past 5 years for non-critical issues and have had the same experience each time. I highly recommend this Care Spot facility. They accepted my insurance just like my Drs office. Great experience all around! BTW…Our test came back negative! Now I am just praying for my dad to recover. Please say prayers for Gerald!

Testing was pretty quick. Very friendly. Thought it was odd that my fiancé got asked what his symptoms were, but my mom and I didn’t. But other than that everything was good.
