The front desk receptionist was outstanding handling 8 am phone calls, walk ins with no appointments, many COVID safety measures, patients with appointments, sometimes faulty iPads used for input by patients, and overall customer service. I wish I got her name. She was young, Latina background and spoke fluent Spanish and English. She was just excellence. I had about 35minutes from opening until my appointment and I have absolutely no pointers or suggestions for her! My physician provider was also excellent. Very personable and on point. She trained as an pediatric orthopedic specialist. You are fortunate to have her. Thank you for a very good experience on all fronts!
