Great customer service and very efficient, and convenient

The waiting room was clean and the staff are prompt at greeting and signing patients in. The estimated wait time for the walkins was less than anticipated which was also a benefit. The nurses assistant and nurse were both kind and attentive. The location of the care spot in Ocoee is both convenient to my pharmacy and my home making travel easy.

The prompt service is nice, but the Doctor’s call to verify my results for my Covid test was a nice touch. He made the call personally which is a nice touch in these trying times. Thank you for this! It shows there are people who genuinely care for people.

Staff was friendly, fast and efficient. I called in to confirm my place in line and someone by the name of Mike answered and he was so helpful and actually was able to get me in sooner.
