On my visit 9-28on Southfield the nurse who assisted me was the absolute best and so was the physician Dr. Anthony Harris. I cannot remember the nurse’s name. But I am sure you can review my file and acknowledge her superb bedside manner. Perhaps going forward you could note on the discharge instructions you give patients a least a number or first name with last name initial to identify the nurse . [FIRST NAME REMOVED] S.

I like the protocol of the facility to have everyone sanitize their hands and change masks. Social distancing was also practiced. The facility was clean and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen.
