I would have given a 10, however I deducted 1 for lack of follow through by the representative. My employer scheduled the appointment with Lindsey Thompson via phone on Thursday, December 24th. Lindsey requested the authorization be sent via email. When I arrived for my appointment on Tuesday, December 29th, Lindsey asked for an authorization form because apparently, she never looked for the authorization that my employer emailed her the previous Thursday. When I contacted my employer she informed me she sent the the authorization via email the previous week. Lindsey searched her email box and located the email. I think it shows a lack of follow through on behalf of Lindsey, so I deducted 1 point from my rating. Otherwise, the service was very good.

So far my experiences has been in and out and I love that. Also, the staff is awesome and makes me feel comfortable and thoroughly answer my questions.

Nurses and doctor were really sweet and the receptionist was also really sweet and helpful. The nurse after being informed I was afraid of shots made sure I was okay after giving me one. Really enjoyed my experience
