All staff were courteous and professional. They are heroes for doing what they do at a time like this. The process was very automated and fairly seamless. The input tablets need better backlight and larger text for those that may have forgotten their glasses. Maybe that feature is there. The receptionist was very patient with me in helping me fill it out.
