I liked that we used an iPad to check in and not have to fill out paperwork. All the front and back staff were friendly and helpful. I have never been to Med Post before and I will be returning when I need an urgent care. I liked that the staff was all on the same page and worked together especially since I needed a urine sample, nasal sample for Covid test and I also went in there because I felt like I had Strep throat to because it was very painful to swallow my saliva. The Los Alamitos Med Post was great and I would recommend it to anyone and I will returning again.

I thought they were very quick and knowledgeable. The only issue I have, CareSpot sent me a text this morning (12/31) to ask if I would like for someone to call me later in the day if I was still having any issues/questions, they said they would and I never received the call. I would like to know the results of my covid test and ask about the medication I was prescribed for my ear infection.
