We really liked nurse Nathan. He was great working with my mother to educate her on the devices she was sent home with and working with her on other things like using her walker or how best to get out of her chair. He just didn’t come and go. He spent time with her making sure she understood and was comfortable with her new devices. He gave us his cell phone and told us to call him day or night. He also made sure we had the other numbers to call. Nathan is not only knowledgeable but was great communicating and very patient. He gets a 10+ from us!
