From the time I walked in the door for my 4:15 appointment until I left, the staff were polite, competent, and most of all they were helpful. The receptionist explained the check-in procedure, Michelle the med tech was all about the tasks at hand yet explained the numbers, and Dr. Sheth has a great demeanor and also explained the meds. Great job all the way around. We live closer to the UF facility on Archer Road near Tower Road but I hate that place. The staff are rude, feel like you are wasting their time, and generally do not give a damn. I will drive farther for your service. Obviously you all do a much better job. You have a more “diverse” staff and are more efficient.

I really enjoyed leave that check me in very knowledgeable and very nice always with a smile even though you can see through the Matthews I was really in the guy that did my x-rays he was outrageously very friendly very helpful very good very spec full and then the PA lady was outrageous way out rages answered every question I need to be answered yes I’ll be going back yes I’ll be recommend this book your spot to others it was a very fast service as well and I do understand it’s a fast service first come first serve basis and you go cording to your emergency but again I was not there along very well staff and I really enjoyed it thank you

After several failed attempts to get an appointment around town, I was referred to the Urgent Care where I was seen by Dr. Statler. I only wish I would have come sooner. He diagnosed my back pain and am feeling so much better. Definitely recommend!
