I love the care at care spot! Employees are awesome and friendly, however, I had serious concerns about covid safety and how the front desk provides support to potential cases. The waiting room was packed and granted everyone did have a mask on but as a patient that had been running fever and had direct contact with a positive covid case within my household not much was done to accommodate my situation. I did not feel comfortable standing inside in that line waiting to be checked in for my appointment so I opted to wait outside for the desk to clear, I was skipped and not taken into account that I was outside waiting to be checked in. The front desk knew yet took people that waited in line inside instead of me outside. I was trying to be considerate of people inside since I knew how I would feel being subjected to someone who was obviously sick and had direct exposure. Might want to revamp check in procedures.
