Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. They took me with no appointment and no problem. They had alot of patience with me and they explained everything. Made me feel so comfortable especially considering as a patient, you’re already under stress. Very , very pleasant visit.

It was great. Love how close it is to my home. With the pandemic, a main concern of mine was the sick patients in the waiting room but they made sure any COVID testing patient stay in their cars and they would text them once they were called that way it keeps the office safe.

Convenient location & convenient hours. The doctors are compassionate & very thorough. Although we have a family doctor I’m glad CareSpot is there on those occasions when we need them!!

The Front Desk Staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Doctor was informative and placed my mind at ease. The entire Ocoee office was amazing being that was my first walk- in visit so close to closing. It was so appreciated!! Thank you!!

They were very nice, knew what they were doing and knew how to handle rude patients. Overall it was a great experience and I wouldn’t mind going back. They truly care about ones well being and theirs as well.
