Follow up on Covid test request was much sooner than expected. Also, tech went out of his way to give my wife an x-ray at a different location because the yorba linda office x-ray machine was down. This all happened on a Sunday night just before closing. Excellent service.

The physician that diagnosed my daughter’s wrist fracture was so kind. He drew us pictures and comforted my 6 year old. He reviewed the discharge instructions himself and was so thorough. As a nurse myself (he did not know that) I was so impressed with the knowledge and teaching he gave us in such a short visit. In and out in less than 25 minutes! Two thumbs up!

The receptionist was helpful and tried to answer my questions the best she could. She was very busy and overwhelmed I strongly feel like the clinic needs a second person to help out the front receptionist especially in these times were Covid is at a rise. The Doctor was very kind and made me feel appreciated and also answered all my questions without rushing me he made me feel valued . He thanked me for my time and made sure to bring up to my attention that he knew I waited a long time and he made sure to acknowledge it.
