Friendly and fast

Every time I have visited this location, I feel as if I receive the same level of care I receive from my PCP. My most recent visit was for a follow-up Covid Test. In my journey with Covid, I have tested in a parking lot, in a vacant store, and at a pharmacy drive-up window. This was the first time since I was exposed to Covid at work that someone listened to my lungs – I was so relieved to hear the P.A. that they sounded clear! I was treated like a patient today; not like a potential contagion. Thank you!

I was so impressed with the staff at the Cerritos location!! We were there on Christmas Day. The nurse was so sweet and kind and Dr. Amit Shah was outstanding and very patient in answering questions.

1. Making appointment – Someone actually answered the two phone calls made to try to make an appointment. Thankfully was NOT placed on hold. Answered questions with patience and great customer service. 2. At appointment. – Everyone was delightfully courteous, service was quick but did not feel rushed (from the front MA, initial intake nurse/nurse assistant , nurse practitioner, etc.). Their smiles and polite behavior went a long way. 3. NP was terrific, provided clear, concise, and appropriate education on COVID testing and prevention, ways to stay healthy for optimal health outcomes, and caring for my COVID positive household family member (I work in public health). 4. Extremely friendly service, especially given that they were working on a national holiday. So grateful for their stellar services on Christmas Day.
