The entire staff that works at this Med Post is absolutely WONDERFUL!!! I went there thinking it was probably full and there would be a waiting time. I tried to get an appointment first but there was not any. So I took a chance and walked in. The very nice gentleman there took my info (I have been there before) and told me it would be a 2 to 3 hour wait and I would have to wait in the car and he would call me. I barely got back to my car and got in and HE CALLED!! He said I had a cancellation please come back in we can take you now!! I was so thrilled because I was so sick with congestion. I was taken right in and the nurse Shy was there. I always look forward to seeing her. She is the sweetest gal and just so pleasant and she actually cares about you. Then the doctor came in and I have had her before and I believe her name is Pauline?? Anyway, she always knows what to give me because I get better within 2 to 3 days! I had acute bronchitis. I cannot say enough about this facility and staff. GREAT JOB!!!!!

It was very clean & everyone tried to follow the guidelines. The technician or assistant who administered the testing was careful & the test was not very painful. The PA or nurse who followed up was helpful & knowledgeable.

My visit there was great! They told me an hour and I waited pretty much exactly an hour. I was able to wait in the car until the nurse came outside to get me, the doctor that saw me was very warm and personable. She was very nice and made it feel like it wasn’t a complete dread to be there, which I appreciated!!!! She explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable even with the Covid test she was doing on me. I would definitely recommend this med post urgent care in Huntington Beach to anyone! Thank you med post! (P.s. my Covid-19 results were negative, and they came back a day earlier than what they originally told me, fantastic Christmas present on Christmas!) 🙏🏻😊

I was so appreciative of getting my covid test results so quickly and on Christmas Day. I went in for the test Christmas Eve morning and provided the results on Christmas Day, less than 30 hours since taking the test. Team in the Yorba Linda branch was excellent as well.
