The professionalism

The waiting was expected but once in the room and the nurse administered the test, she was very informative beforehand (which helps if it’s someones first test and what to expect). After the test, the nurse and physician were very informative on what to do after while waiting for the results (such as, if you’re around others in the same house, keep wearing a mask until results are in), what supplements to take to help (vitamin c, vitamin d, etc), and just overall very professional.
