First, I love that I was able to make an appointment online. I was able to confirm and was seen within the hour. It was a fast and efficient, especially during the holidays. All the employees at the Lee Vista CareSpot were incredibly courteous and professional. The person who helped sign me in was very helpful and patient while explaining the Covid-19 protocols. He also made pleasant conversation, which definetely helped ease my nerves. The nurse was kind and helpful. The doctor answered all my questions. It was by far the best experience I had in a medical setting.

Everyone was so nice. They saw me right away. Love that they realized my situation was really sever and I didn’t have to wait. Not having to go to the ER was the best thing. They really do care. Merry Christmas to All.
