CareSpot was recommended to me when I expressed how inconvenient it was to get COVID testing on both CVS & Quest Diagnostic websites. CareSpot website made it simple, fast & convenient to make my appointment for testing. I did have to wait past my appointment time, but this seemed reasonable since it was 2 days before Christmas & they were very busy. Every professional from the woman at the desk to the professionals that administered the test & performed a small exam were friendly, respectful & professional. Because the waiting room was pretty full I asked if I could wait outside. They allowed that & came out to get me when it was my turn to be tested.
