Timely and thorough . Dr tan didn’t just throw medicine my moms way. He wanted to get to The source and really diagnose the situation . He called some other dr specialist . I was very happy with the visit

Staff knows the job. Dr. completely focused; I did not understand that the clinic would not come out to cars for covid testing. Have slow mobility with walker. Too many TV pictures show cars in line. Please consider MENTIONING that patients pre-register online, walk inside clinic for check-in, then wait in car until just before appt. If you cannot answer the phone, have the recording use simple language to reinforce walking inside to get shot. My internist and staff ‘assumed’ I would just request’ drive up.’ I clarified their understanding after my experience. These difficult times cause crazy misunderstandings. Your dedication shows. Fiddle around with any slight expansion of ‘walk in’??? Thank you for the prompt results email.
