Knowledgeable provider, efficient, clean space. The staff was awesome right from the moment of check in. The provider I was seen by, Erika, all though I am sure was very busy took time to answer my questions and explained her plan in detail. She was very thorough. As a fellow healthcare provider I was very impressed by her professionalism. Cannot recommend enough.

My number one compliment is a big one and that is that you honored my appointment that I made days ahead in my bid to be responsible and stay separate from those who were walk-ins waiting in the room. I knew I was likely positive for Covid and I didn’t want to expose my germs while in a waiting room nor did I feel well enough to wait a long time to see the Doctor. (This was the main reason why I stopped going to Memorial care). I really like the PA I saw – this wasn’t the first time I have seen her. I had forgotten how I like her better than my primary because she takes the time to thoroughly listen to me rather than answer me before I finish a Sentence. Please continue to prioritize appointments over walk- ins.
