All of the staff was very responsive, friendly, professional, and competent. The facilities were clean, well-organized, and nicely-designed. In the waiting room, I liked that I could see on the display where I was in the queue to be seen.

Although our local Care Spot was extremely busy I was told to show up first thing in the morning and I would be seen. I was in and out within about 30 minutes. The staff there is friendly and professional and they never rush your care. We have used them for everyone in our family. They follow strict Covid precautions.
