Given the current state of things, and that they were completely booked for the day, I was expecting to have a very long wait, for something that would only take a few minutes. I was pleasantly surprised! And given the magnitude of the calls, and unpleasant attitudes of the people I’m sure they have to deal with all day, when people don’t get what they want, (I saw one in the short time I was checking in) I was very impressed with the composure of the only girl dealing with both the phone calls and people coming in. I may have been blessed, but I thank you for your part in it🙏
