When I made the appointment, your receptionist was very friendly and helpful. when I arrived at my appointment, the front desk person was very welcoming and helped me through the sign in process. I was taken to an interview room by the front desk person, which made me feel welcome. The nurse was efficient; the doctor was personable. I got covid results in less than 48 hours. I was phoned to confirm that i had received my test results. How much better can it get??

This care spot is by far the BEST ONE I HAVE BEEN TOO! Sonya hope I spelled her name right, had this place on point. She was the only one at the front desk and ran it like a Boss! Checking in patients, answering phones, multi tasking like no other… She was very informative explained that there would be a wait and checked me in quickly. She needs to show St.augustine care spot how it’s done. The doctor and nurse who did my initial intake were great too! I will forever drive from st. Augustine just to come to this specific care spot to get my further care. Thank you Sonya for making my visit easy.
